Attorney Kay Doyle will be participating in a Citizen Planner Training Collaborative program on the subject of “Planning and Zoning for Medical Marijuana.” Also participating will be Town of Billerica Director of Planning Tony Fields. Together, Kay and Tony will discuss the novel planning and zoning issues presented by the new law, medical marijuana and associated uses and offer ideas and guidance for navigating this uncharted legal territory.
