Attorney Jonathan Silverstein will lead a session on Basic Zoning Code Administration and Enforcement at the 67th Annual Educational Conference of Eastern States Building Officials. The Session will be held at the Sheraton Conference Center in Portsmouth, NH on April 11th. Participants will learn the legal parameters in which they must work, the laws and the structure of the courts, constitutional provisions relating to enforcement cases, “home rule,” state laws relevant to enforcement cases and options for zoning enforcement/compliance.
