On May 6, 2010, Attorney Ilana Quirk, co-chair of Kopelman and Paige’s Land Use practice, will present a two hour seminar on the interrelationship of the State Building Code with zoning, subdivision control and other statutory requirements, with ane emphasis on permitting and enforcement issues. This seminar will be presented to the South Eastern Massachusetts Building Officials Association.
