On June 2, 2010, Attorney Brian Riley will be a member of a panel discussion on the implementation of the new Open Meeting Law, put on by the Massachusetts Bar Association. Topics will include the substantive changes in the OML and the Attorney General’s new enforcement powers and a discussion of the interplay between the OML and Public Records Law.
