On August 13, 2010, Attorney Gregg J. Corbo will give a presentation on changes to the Open Meeting Law, the Public Records Law, and the Identity Thef Law, at the 55th Annual School for Massachusetts Assessing Officers at UMass Amherst. Topics will include the substantive changes in the Open Meeting Law and the practical implications for assessing officers, and the interplay between the Open Meeting, Public Records, and Identify Theft Laws.
