On November 15, 2012, Attorney Brian Riley will present a free seminar sponsored by the Town of Rowe, addressing both the Conflict of Interest Law and the changes in the Open Meeting Law that became effective on July 1, 2010. This presentation will include review and explanation of the various regulations and interpretations of the law by the Attorney General’s Division of Open Government since that date. The seminar, to which the neighboring towns of Monroe, Florida, Heath and Charlemont are also invited, will be held at The Rowe Camp & Conference Center, 22 Kings Highway.
