Attorneys Tom McEnaney and Jeff Blake will present a seminar on Appellate Tax Board practice and procedure at the Middlesex County Assessors’ Association Legal Roundtable. The seminar will address jurisdictional and procedural issues, discovery and recommended best practices, and will include a discussion of Open Meeting Law issues applicable to Boards of Assessors.
