On October 8, 2014 Attorney Brian Riley will be addressing the Town Clerks of Plymouth, Norfolk and Bristol Counties at the upcoming Fall meeting of the Tri-County Clerks Association to be held at the Boston Taver in Middleborough. The topic he will speak on is the roles played by Town Clerks as Notaries, Commissioners to Qualify and Justices of the Peace.
