Attorney Matthew G. Feher has been invited to present at the 2019 Annual Municipal Law Conference March 13, 2019 at the MCLE, Winter Place, Boston, on the topic of “Municipal Bond Transactions and the Role of Bond Counsel”. Matt will be providing an overview of the authorization and sale of municipal securities, and the relationship between bond counsel and Town Counsel/City Solicitors in such context. The event is co-sponsored by the Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association and Massachusetts Municipal Association.
