On Tuesday, November 15th, Attorneys Tom McEnaney and Tim Zessin spoke at the 2016 Fall Conference of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Housing & Redevelopment Officials. They presented on the subject of the broad changes to the new Public Records Law and the major implications for public entities brought about by Chapter 121 of the Acts of 2016. The program was designed to inform attendees about these changes and provide assistance offering additional information in implementing practices for compliance.
