Attorney Matthew Welch’s practice focuses on general municipal law, real estate, and land use. He is trained in all aspects of general municipal law and assists clients with a variety of issues, including town meetings, municipal charters, and by-laws, as well as real estate and land use law.
While in law school, Attorney Welch interned for Bryan Cave LLP in Hamburg, Germany and the Boston Housing Authority. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Transit Realty Associates, LLC managing the MBTA’s real estate assets while providing legal counsel to Historic Boston Incorporated in its redevelopment of historically significant properties.
