Attorney Catherine Brown joined the firm in 2024 and assists the firm in all aspects of municipal law and litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Brown consulted marijuana businesses on issues of licensing as well as state and local regulatory compliance.  Previously, she served as the Legislative & Research Director for the Committee on Cannabis Policy in the Massachusetts State House.  There, Attorney Brown advised on policy and other legislative matters in assistance to the House Chair of the Committee and other Committee Members.  She also worked as an Associate Attorney managing housing and condominium-related matters at a small firm in Lynn.  While in law school, Attorney Brown was a member of Suffolk University’s Prosecutors Clinic, the National Trial Team, and the Journal of Health & Biomedical Law.
