Attorney Smith assists the firm’s clients in all facets of municipal, real estate, land use, environmental, business and general civil law. He has more than 20 years of experience counseling clients on general municipal law, complex real estate transactions and development, public procurement, construction law, affordable housing and contracts.
Lee joined the firm after working for 11 years on the redevelopment of the former Fort Devens where he was responsible for counseling his clients on both municipal law functions and real estate development. He also previously served as Associate Town Counsel in Belmont where he represented the town in a broad range of cases before the District Court, Superior Court, Land Court and Court of Appeals.
