Attorney Tocchio assists the firm’s clients in all aspects of general municipal law and litigation, with a focus on Land Use. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Tocchio was a law clerk at a boutique law firm where he gained experience in land use, real estate permitting, and eminent domain litigation. Attorney Tocchio also has experience having worked as a legal intern for a federal agency and gained legislative experience as an intern in the U.S. Congress.
Attorney Tocchio joined the firm in 2023 after graduating from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law where he was an Associate Editor for the Catholic University Law Review.
