Attorney Vicki Marsh represents municipalities in all aspects of real estate law with over 35 years of experience. Attorney Marsh’s practice includes representing municipalities and municipal affordable housing trust funds in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of real estate, eminent domain proceedings and advising on the protection of land for conservation, preservation and affordable housing purposes. She has an expertise in the creation of affordable housing for her municipal clients and working with the state agencies and developers in closing on affordable housing projects. Attorney Marsh has significant experience reviewing title reports and title insurance commitments, drafting title certifications and managing real estate closings. Her experience includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, deeds, leases and ground leases, easements, conservation and preservation restrictions, condominium documents, as well as affordable housing, land development agreements and eminent domain documents. Attorney Marsh works with Community Preservation Committees on a variety of Community Preservation Act issues and represents municipalities in real estate transactions funded from Community Preservation funds, and has experience in working with state agencies in funding for conservation and recreational land acquisitions. Attorney Marsh also advises her municipal clients on general municipal matters including town meeting and municipal finance, and drafts warrant articles and special legislation.

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Marsh represented private clients and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions, drafting closing documents on behalf of lenders, conducting the closings and issuing title insurance policies.
