At the invitation of the Town of Winthrop Town Council, Attorney Elizabeth “Betsy” Lane will present a seminar on compliance with the Open Meeting Law, including the rules for executive session, management of executive session minutes and how to respond to any appeal that might be taken to the Attorney General’s Division of Open Government. The session will be held in the De Leo Senior Center for the Town Council and members of all multi-member boards of the Town.
