Attorney Lauren F. Goldberg will present the municipal perspective at a seminar sponsored by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education on the topic of “Transparency and Transition: the Public Records Law & Records Retention.” Attorney Goldberg will provide guidance based on her years of experience in meeting the special challenges to a municipal records custodian whenever there is a change in the particular elected or appointed person holding that position.
