On Thursday, March 17th Attorney Barbara J. Saint André, Attorney Michele E. Randazzo and Attorney John J. Goldrosen served as presenters at the 14th Annual Municipal Law 2016 Conference. Attorney Saint André presented a session on “Land Use Case Law Update” and Attorney Randazzo presented a session on“Administrative Appeals – Tips and Pitfalls”. Attorney Goldrosen served as a panelist, with Robert W. Ritchie, Esq.,on the topic of “Sign Regulation After Reed v. Town of Gilbert: Will Your Sign By-Law Pass Muster?” The presentation reviewed the impacts on municipal sign bylaws and ordinances of the 2015 U.S. Supreme Court decision.
