KP Law’s Jonathan Silverstein has obtained a ruling on behalf of the Town of Westford, rejecting a claim that the Town’s Board of Selectmen and Planning Board violated the Open Meeting Law in connection with executive sessions they held to consider whether to participate in mediation and whether to approve the resulting settlement. This decision was featured in a story published in the December 26, 2016 issue of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Read the full article here.
