Attorney Braun joined the firm in 2019. She has an active litigation practice and assists the firm’s clients in all facets of environmental and land use, elections, and constitutional law. She has secured representative victories before judges of the Massachusetts Land Court and Superior Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court, and the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals on a wide range of matters. She also has significant experience representing municipalities at election recounts and in litigation concerning election practices.
Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Braun clerked for the Hon. Justice Barbara A. Lenk of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Her experience also includes a judicial internship with the Hon. Allison D. Burroughs of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, as well as a legal internship with the Environmental Protection Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
Attorney Braun was selected as a 2023 Rising Star by Super Lawyers© and as a member of the 2023-2024 Leadership Academy for the Massachusetts Bar Association. She currently serves on the Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association’s New Lawyers Committee, and previously held positions on the Boston Bar Association’s Energy and Environmental Law and New Lawyers Committees. Attorney Braun also serves as a Conservation Commissioner for the City of Chelsea. She was named as a Top Woman of Law leadership scholar by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
