Attorney Katherine Laughman’s practice focuses on land use and general municipal law. In this capacity, she provides counsel to municipalities on zoning, subdivision control, environmental matters, and state and federal constitutional law. She also assists clients with a variety of municipal law issues, including town meetings, municipal charters and by-laws, conflict of interest, public records, the Open Meeting Law, and municipal finance.
