Attorney Connor Mullen joined the firm in 2021. Attorney Mullen assists the firm’s clients in all facets of municipal, land use, environmental, and litigation matters. Attorney Mullen joined the firm after clerking with the Vermont Superior Court, where he worked on a broad range of civil matters involving issues of public roadway acceptance, real property interests, wrongful termination, homestead property tax assessment, election law, municipal tort liability, open meeting law, and public records requests.
Attorney Mullen graduated from Boston University School of Law, where he was a staff editor on the Public Interest Law Journal and served as president of the Energy and Environmental Law Society. During law school, he interned with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, Environmental Protection Division, and with Connecticut Fund for the Environment. Attorney Mullen concurrently taught as a lecturer-in-law at Boston College during his third year, where he taught an undergraduate environmental law and policy course.
