Attorney Vicki Marsh has over 25 years of experience representing municipalities and private clients in all aspects of real estate law. Her experience includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, deeds, leases, easements, licenses, conservation and preservation restrictions, condominium documents, as well as affordable housing, eminent domain, and Chapter land documents. Attorney Marsh works with Community Preservation Committees on a variety of Community Preservation Act issues and represents municipalities in real estate transactions funded from Community Preservation funds, in addition to working with municipal affordable housing trusts. She has experience in working with state agencies in funding for conservation and recreational land acquisitions. Attorney Marsh also reviews title reports, drafts title certifications and title insurance policies, and conducts real estate closings, as well as advising on general municipal law issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Marsh represented private clients and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions; prepared closing documents on behalf of lenders for real estate closings and conducted the closings; and reviewed title examinations, and drafted title certifications. She also was an agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company and was responsible for the preparation of lenders and owners title insurance policies.
